I wish I could leave zero stars. We had the tour guide from Hell named Marco. Although we had our print out of the trip contract with us, Marco demanded that the three of us each give him in cash an extra $8. That added up to $24. When asked for what he said said it was in the contract in the fine print and we had to pay it. Very disappointing. Beware! I was skeptical of the negative online reviews & shunned them at first, but now, I am a believer of such negative reviews in yelp. If there was zero/negative stars available, I'd pick this. I booked a 3 day LA-Vegas-Grand Canyon Tour South Rim tour. I took an escorted tour from Tours4Fun to Canada (E Ticket #E-124701). The cost was approximately $300 for an escorted bus tour including hotels. We had to pay additionally for attraction tickets which totaled $218 plus a tip of $7 a day for guide ($28). The advertisement said the hotels were comparable to Holiday Inns which they were not. Don't ever travel with this company. I bought a tour with my wife and child and it was awful. The food was Chinese food for every meal, the bus didn't have air conditioning, the tour guide spoke in Chinese for 95% of the trip because there were only a handful of us that didn't understand what was being said. Ask a lot of questions...The website is very poor and there is information that isn't clear for the consumer e.g. they will pick you up at a hotel (only certain hotels) and you must find transportation to the pick up location. When you reach your destination once again you are taken to their corporate office and dropped only to find your own transportation to your destination hotel. We have just returned from a 3-day tour from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon, which we booked through the tours4fun website. This has got to be the worst trip that I've ever taken. I wouldn’t recommend a tour booking from Canada from TFF. It’s a US based company and wouldn’t flash till the end that you are being charged in US dollars (it just says amount in $) So you end up with a dent on your pocket for the exchange rate your bank will charge you. We travel a lot and were excited to take NY-Niagara Falls-DC bus tour because it promised to be a great trip at an affordable price - the decision we regretted on the very first day. Here is an objective review from an American citizen traveling with ALL Chinese people. First, the good: The guide, Mark, was terrific. He spoke in Chinese first, then English. Info, instructions, even jokes that were not part of the script. The fact that me and my 12 yr-old were the only non-Chinese people on the bus never really became an issue. Me and 3 friends bought tour NY-Washington D.C.-Niagara falls- Boston in summer 2011. It was terrible experience because guide was not qualified, he spoke Chinese almost all the time. Recently took a west coast usa tour. First of all, if they say the tour will be spoken in English and Chinese, it is a Chinese tour. I went on this tour expecting it to be fun! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! Worst Tour Ever My family of 5 signed on for the 7 day Yellowstone/Mt. Rushmore Tour from Denver, Colorado ( Tours4Fun). The day before we were told that we would join another tour group (Seagull). I sent my Parents to 10-Day Bus Tour Package to Grand Canyon South, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite, Three Theme Parks from Los Angeles with Tours4Fun . I cannot begin to express how unsatisfied and deceived I was about this tour. If tours4fun is a consolidator of travel vendors, they should serioulsy reconsider their relationship with L&L Travel. I was on a tour from Oct 23 – Oct 28th 2010 and was one of 5 Americans on a bus of 60. Our tour guide spoke broken English, our bus driver spoke none. The reason I am posting this review on this site is that when I attempted to post it on tours for fun's website, it did not show up. You need to be aware that they only post positive reviews. Tours4Fun is a pretty good booking site. I like their domestic deals. However, they do not necessarily have the best deals on everything, particularly on their Europe and Latin America packages. I've been on one of their promoted East Coast tours and thought it was okay. I didn't stay in a five-star hotel; but then again, I didn't pay to stay in one.
