Very friendly employees, eager to help. I had a big shipping problem and they packed it up for me with no labor charge, and did not even charge me for the tape they used to close the box. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and fair.. I like the fact that you can see every one's prices, and that they take the time to explain the differences to you.
