We called this company to do a major front yard overhaul. We called four companies for proposals and they were the highest price overall by FAR. 40% over the next highest company, Malibu Coast Inc, who we subsequently hired. The main reason we did not hire them was price and the fact that all the owner, Montgomery Knox, could do was speak badly about other companies and specifically the one we eventually hired.
