I am very happy with GMR Transcription. I shopped around and found that they had the best prices and they had prompt customer service. I spoke to them a couple of times before choosing their company and they were able to answer my questions right away. The transcriptions I had done were accurate, were completed on time, and were completed on budget. Uploading was easy and I could check the progress. We had a series of telephone conference calls that we recorded and sent to GMR for transcription. The timeliness and accuracy of the transcriptions met my expectations. I compared prices before contracting GMR to do this work and feel they provided the best value for the cost. Read More »

I am highly impressed by the promptness of the service. Extremely professional staff! I contacted several other companies but they were not able to transcribe it due to the poor audio quality of my files. Transcription done by GMR Transcription was very accurate, clear and complete.
