I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the second story addition you and your company completed on our home. When we first signed the contract with you for 110 days, we were told by many to set our own reasonable expectations by doubling the time and dollar amount of the estimate. After getting bids from several contractors, we hired Glenn for our remodeling job. His bid was lower, and even more important to us, his timeline was significantly shorter (almost half the time!) of what the other contractors proposed.
