Worst and unfair customer service. Good product. They don't have a "forgot password" link, and I forgot my password and needed to cancel my account. I emailed them for help and called 4 times over a period of 3 months. Each time they told me that someone would call me back to help me. No one ever called me back. Finally, today I got a hold of someone that could cancel my account, but he said they would not refund me for the 3 months that I have been trying to contact them!!! I have not used... Read More »

I bought a legal form from findlegalforms.com. At the time I bought it they automatically (without my approval) somehow signed me up for a $4.99 subscription. I don't even know what it was for. Unfortunately my wife pays our credit card bills and thought the subscription was part of the purchase. I happened to look at our bill and found the charges 8 months later. This is a scam. The www.FindLegalForms.com web site does not carry any free legal forms and does not advertise any free legal forms anywhere on the site. Forms for this customer were automatically sent to the email address provided and promptly sent again after receiving a customer support ticket. I am very displeased because after paying for a legal form I was not able to download it and I have a credit card reciept showing paid but still have been given the run around from the customer support phone number. This leads me to believe this company is a fraud seen as how they advertise one thing and after they tell you free you have to pay then you dont get it.
