JR and the crew arrived when they said they would. went right to work. I had three layers on my roof that needed to be stripped and the last was old wood shingles. "Very Messy" but each day the crew left my driveway and porch clean to not obstruct my family. Job was done on time No hidden charges.. He did the entire job great , new plywood complete new roof. Jr.'s crew showed timely and performed the job very proficiently. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship that he performed for us. Jr. extended our roof with facia board that looked very nice. Jr. said trust him that he had experience and that it would look nice and he was right. This review is long overdue but better late than never! Junior has fixed our property's roof a couple of times now, for different issues - the first was broken tiles, the second was leaks in another area of the house. Both times he and his team were efficient and very reasonably priced. Junior was very responsive and had a great sense or urgency whenever I called with a problem. Great job! I found this company through my neighbor who just had his roof re-done. I am so pleased with B&G and the new roof on our home. The owner of this company is a real professional with a work ethic and qualities that I wish ALL contractors would have. He did a great job of communicating what would be done and what problems might arise, in general what to expect. He always answered his phone or called right back if he wasn't available. Junior was a great guy to work with. Our roof needed quite a bit of tiles to get fixed. The trouble was our tiles were no longer in production, which meant we would have to replace the whole roof. He searched everywhere and managed to find exactly the tiles we needed, saving us a boatload of time and money. JR & his crew did a fantastic job on my roof in December of 2011. One important reason I gave him the job was that he answered every phone call that I made to him. Other companies just connected me to an answering machine. Another reason was that he was honest & thorough in his on-site inspection & estimate. This review is based on a re-roof that B&G Roofing completed on a wind damaged roof. My ranch home had wood shake and a top layer of composite shingle. The 2011 windstorm blew most of it off. Had a wonderful experience with B and G Roofing company! My entire roof had to be redone. I would like to thank Jr for taking the time out for doing some research on my home. Upon obtain a permit to perform work on roof. Jr found out that I live in a Historic Preservation Home. Jr was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering any questions i had. He was very easy to contact and took time during his off hours to help assist me with any questions. His work is top notch and he uses the finest materials. My roof was basically a disaster before Jr came and worked on it. Our homeowners association is dealing with B&G Roofing Company for a few years. We found Junior to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on the roof repair a couple of years ago and just came to inspect our roof before a rainy season. We are lucky that we are dealing with the company we can trust. I had a great experience working with Junior at B&G roofing. We just bought a house that is very old and badly needed a new roof. The roofing job was the first thing we wanted to do before starting the interior work on the house, and we really wanted to make sure it was done before the rainy season. I had a great experience with B & G Roofing. From the initial estimate, through the entire process, JR kept me well informed. Anytime you undertake a large project such as redoing your roof, there is always some fear of having a bad experience with the contractor. We found Jr. to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a very large, difficult and old wood shake roof to replace and his workers made short work of it, removing it in less than a day in the summer heat. They are definitely hard working warriors! I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly and went out of their way to make the roof repair immediately (before the next storm). B&G Roofing just finished (2/28/11) a job for me and I was so pleased with the work - from initial contact to completion. Junior, the company owner, came the morning after I called. I just got my roof redone and I recommend this company. We own several properties, so I've seen many types of different jobs so I can compare them to others in the roofing business. First thing, B&G roofing prefers us to do things with city permits. This shows straight out that they are more ethical. B & G roofing also changed the drain hole on the roof. We hired B&G Roofing to fix the mistakes of the previous roofers who forgot to re-roof the flat part. I saw them working on a house in my neighborhood and they were able to give me an estimate the next day. It was reasonable and what we expected.
