My wife and I weren't exactly the easiest people to work with and probably called Dave at least 10 times a day with questions. He was always very patient and assured us that everything was being taken care of. And in the end it was. We got our new flatbed truck at a decent price per month along with the term we wanted. I appreciate the patience and cooperation the most. Most times I work with sales reps who are just trying to push a deal through as fast as possible while squeezing every penny they can out of me. This didn't happen when I worked with Taycor. My sales rep was very patient while I shopped around for equipment. Due to the terrible weather, it took even longer. If you are doing a lot of business then I’m sure it’s difficult to make every single person happy, but there are people at Taycor giving it their best shot. About a year ago we worked on a deal (I sold the equipment & they financed it), and there were some road bumps.
