Ingoldstadt West provided me with the finest service at a time when I was very upset and distressed after a break-in into my car. Not only did the guys clean my car from all the broken glass - not an easy task - without any extra charge, they also ordered the original glass from the car manufacturer for me. This shop gives all the appearances of being top-notch. The owners and mechanics seem knowledgeable and honest, and they claim to be one of the top ten Audi performance shops in the nation, with customers bringing their cars from quite far away to have work done. I have had work done there three times, and been satisfied with the repairs, but have had some issues. Ian represented he was going to rebuild my engine, and to make several other written repairs. When he delivered it, I was told Ian did no work on the car, but another employee did. The work was incomplete and more than half the issues were ignored. I returned it to them to complete repairs and Ian promised to complete them and to return the car to me ASAP, but in no event later than when he was to leave the country.
