We used Sun and Fun for 4 month's this year.The house was very nice however am unable to get refund for "pool heating "deposit.This is in amount of $1200,00 not an amount I am willing to overlook as part is owed to in-law's.Unless you plan to rent with this company again next year ..good luck getting anything back. “Smokewood Palms Luxury Retreat”. Everything with this vacation, from researching to check-out, was absolutely unrivalled. Even though the advertisement on the web was promising, it did not actually do justice to the property, which was nothing short of spectacular.
