When all was said and done she turned me over to the verification department and when the person read what I was getting back and what I would be charged it was 5 years not 6 and I said no way as I was told I had a up grade to 6 years and 20,000 more miles for a total of 100,000 more!

LIES! SCAMS! THEIVES!!! This company did not disclose to me all of the "terms" of the contract when selling me a warranty over the phone. They were nice when selling the product but rude and liars when it came time for a refund.
