Using LBJ Flooring was a great experience, from start to finish. First of all, the estimate they provided was right in our price range. They had listened to our needs and provided over and above what we had asked for. Secondly, they did exactly what they said they would do--they were on time (even though they came to Laguna Beach from Corona), polite, extremely clean and really knew what they were doing. LBJ Flooring, Inc. Installed my floors when I bought my house in October. We had extenuating circumstances - ie the prior owners turned off the power and we didn't know it. LBJ continued to work and improvised and were professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. My floor is perfect. It is exactly what I wanted my dream floors to look like. I used LBJ Flooring sometime ago for a very small job.The job was to install window casings in my Master Bedroom,not even a flooring related job.The reason I am taking the time to write this review is to rave about the quality of work that was performed! Brent..the B in LBJ,was on site for this job.And even though,as I said,it was a small job,Brent took the time to make sure the job was done to perfection.Job was completed in a timely fashion and quality was superb.
