I drove from Ventura and showed up 40 minutes earlier for my appointment because I was in the area earlier. I was greeted immediately by Jennifer, and was able to have an appraiser assist me in 10 minutes. Neither one made me feel that I was too early and that I wouldn’t be assisted before my appointment. Trade In Solutions saved me!! I was trying to sell my old car (got a new one & they didn't offer me much as a trade) and had put it for sale online, all these unusual (to put it nicely) people were calling me. My buddy had talked to me about Trade in Solutions. When my wife hinted that she wanted to get rid of her car, neither of us wanted to deal wit the hassle of selling it privately. I remembered the great deal my buddy got from TIS . I got the number from him and called them myself. I sold my car to them for a fair price Plus the customer service was better than I’ve ever seen in their industry. Not only we got treated well, I also got the comfort wink from the wife. This company gave me a very reasonable offer on my 59 190SL. I searched for a buyer that knew about this type of a car and its value. Called around and talked to a few dealers online and got a bunch of crappy offers, not to mention that a couple of them kept me on the phone for a while talking about their fathers, uncles or friends that owned similar cars and the headaches that they had experienced. I felt obliged to write about my experience with Trade in solutions and their staff. I am all about giving reviews about businesses....good or bad, others should know. I sold my Honda Pilot to this company yesterday, and surprisingly had a pleasant experience which I thought I should share with others incase they need help deciding whether or not this is the company to do business with. My appraiser asked me to stop by Carmax and a couple of dealers which in my case were Honda of Santa Monica and one in Hollywood, so that I can get a couple of appraisals and then see him for a better offer. Just this morning I had the an unexpected experience in dealing with a car appraiser or the buyer (whatever it’s referred to) at Tradein solutions. I was shocked (SHOCKED!) with the experience I had at Trade In Solutions. At first I tried working with another car buyer (Cash 4 Cars) but I felt very uneasy about the business and the guy on the phone. So I tried Trade In Solutions and I couldn't be happier I did. Incredible service! I took in my '03 C Class, it was appraised and I was made an offer with out any pressure. Terrific, fast selling process!! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service at Trade-In Solutions. I searched online to sell my car and found others that pretend to deliver what Trade-In Solutions does deliver. Others had me running all over town by quoting me higher prices than they were willing to pay. My appraiser explained the process and was very honest with me. I have been truly satisfied with my experience with Trade in Solutions, from the start they made things very easy for me and were always available to answer all of my questions. My first step was taking my car to the local office they have in Las Vegas, in less than 30 minuets they had inspected my car and I was back on to my days business. Me and my wife have purchased about 15 vehicles over the past 25 years. We change vehicles about every 2 years. A friend told me about these guys at trade in solutions. By far, they beat Carmax and couple of BMW dealer's offers and on top of all, POLITE, HONEST, and more. I was hesitant to drive from Orange County to LA just to sell my car, but when I called these guys, their appraiser (Abe) said we advise that you go to CarMax and a couple of other places……get several appraisals so when you see us, then you know you’re getting the highest value for your car. I contacted these folks and told them about my busy schedule and the need to sell my car quickly. They told me to save time and get extra money that I should bring in any appraisals from the other dealers and they would beat it. So, I did just that and to my surpise, they beat the highest offer that was from CarMax by $1200. Wow, I call that a real deal! I don't know how to say this better, but these guys are it. I had no idea they do new cars as well. I just went there to get my car appraised and by far they beat carmax's and two other dealers offer on my nissan and on top of all they still beat the deal I got on the new BMW after i had put the grind over and over on several dealers.
