John Hill at IMC saved my business from near shut-down when my (not backed-up) hard drive began going south. I called John when the drive would boot-up and hold for one minute only before failure. He was able to capture ALL my data from the failing drive to a new drive in two days! My computer was up and running upon installing the new drive without missing a beat. Yea John! And yea IMC! I have been an IMC client with great pleasure for the last couple of years. My computer has crashed hard a couple to times during this period, and while I thought all was lost, John Hill and his staff miraculously saved the day both times! I have only good things to say about IMC, including their level of professionalism and service. I've had great success with IMC. I've known John for 20 years. John is dependable, honest and very knowledgeable. When John sets an appointment time, he's punctual. IMC has been my go to computer fix-it company for two or three years. John always knows what to do when I have a problem. I've had two serious viruses that he had to clean up for me. He gave me information to help me avoid problems in the future and never gets angry with me for my dumb mistakes or stupid questions.
