When I go to a dental office I do not want the used car salesmen attitude that goes on in this office. They have tried to charge us several times more money than our dental plan authorizes. Every time I go there they try an up sale on services. I am changing groups as I cannot deal with the poor attitude of most of the office staff. Horrible Experience! Rude staff and lack of basic knowledge. They proposed a treatment plan which was not covered by my insurance in the amount of $5.000 and wanted to me to apply for financing on a spot. The quality of care is also bad. I was shot with anesthetic 4 times and my gums are still swallen. I would definitely NOT recommend that place. Read More »

I was quite satisfied with the fine service your office had provided, but recently had a horrid experience when I walked in for an emergency visit, rather than receiving the proper attention, I was received with a negative and unprofessional attitude by the office manager.
