We did a refi a few months back. I did a rate comparison amongst multiple online loan brokers and Stanley @ IHL was able to match best deal out there. He kept his promises and we closed the loan at the rate and fees as promised. There was some extra charges for additional inspection requested by bank and he absorbed all of that. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and attention I received from Ed Fisher! I was never handed off to an assistant or anyone else. Ed was there all the way through the process and never left hanging, Ed would always finish up the day with a phone call to let you know what was happening. I recently refinanced my home with Jean Huynh at IHL. I completed one of those online questionaires and Jean contacted me. Although hesitant, I researched IHL reviews and BBB rating and went with them, as their quotes were the best. Within 30 days of my initial inquiry I closed on my refinanced loan at 3.5% 30 yr fixed, with near zero cost. Saved over $300 a month. Nathan Turner provided us exceptional customer service. He was able to fulfill our financing needs when we purchased a complicated short sale.
