Read these reviews and boycott Factory Wrench!! I couldn't believe the disrespect I got just from asking a simple question. Nathan cussed at me, belittled me, offended me, and he's lucky hes getting to be an old man or I would've felt the need to press him a little bit. No one should be treated the way I was by just trying to get their bike fixed. I really hope Nathan shuts down for good. He wants to move out of "shitty California" with his "dead parents money". Called me an 'a#$hole' over the phone (unprovoked) because I politely queried his $90 diagnostic fee. Nathan (the only mechanic here) is a very unstable individual who I would not recommend to anyone. Beware of this guy and read the reviews from others, confirming this experience. Small business with an emotionally unstable owner / operator, and I did not feel safe in his presence. Owner told my that my warranty battery arrived and to drive over to his shop and pick it up, then tried to sell me a Chinese piece of junk for $50 over retail. He the snapped at me out of the blue because I asked him to honor my warranty, because I shouldn't have to buy another battery. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I gave the man over a thousand dollars to work on my bike. Less than 30 days later my engine siezed. The before my engine siezed I went to his shop asking about an issue with why the bike was smoking and going through so much gas. He didn't even look at my bike. The owner of this company is a psycho maniac, he is rude calls women the "B" and the "C" word. He is absolutely unprofessional and does not deserve any business. He appears to be on drugs and has the Redondo Beach Police Department investigating him for several things. Tried out factory wrench in May/09. Super clean shop with friendly staff. This is a labor intensive repair center with special tools and years of knowledge. I was happy with the service because it was expalined to me and the pricing was terrific. I will be a repeat customer. Read More »
