Mr Risk contacted me about designing a website. He says my rate was reasonable and then proceeded to drag this on by nickle and diming. After reading the other review I was very unsure if I should give them a chance. Best decision I made was to hire this company for our home remodel. I met with many contractors and after meeting Doug I knew right away he was the one I wanted in my home doing the work. He does not try to oversell or nickel and dime you. I strongly recommend that you do not hire this company. We hired Coastal Builders to do an industrial job. The cost was about 150,000.00. Coastal Builders gave us a time line of about 10 weeks to complete the job. After 10 weeks, the job was not even close to being completed. Coastal Builders then installed the main gate in the wrong place (remember measure twice and cut once?) Then the parking lot was painted wrong. The work failed inspections.
