I have been trying to receive a tent cover since 08/2014 to replace the one I purchased a year ago. The first one I received after 20 plus calls to their customer service, it was the wrong type. The second one I received was the right type however, it was to small for the frame. The third one I received the first of this month again after numerous calls to C/S stating it is to large. Ordered & paid for a canopy. After nearly 2 weeks called to find where it was and was told it's out of stock and that customer service would call me back shortly. No one called back so several hours later I called customer service to cancel the order. Why didn't they tell me it was out of stock when I ordered and I would have selected a different canopy?! The tarp we received did not fit the canopy frame, it was too small. It took about 20 phone calls, messages and conversations with people who did not know what they were talking about, to get a call back from "Maria" who apologized for being away for 5 days. She sent out another tarp, this one was way too big. This company is unreliable and customer service is terrible. I wanted a refund so that I could go elsewhere to find a tarp that fit. About three years ago we ordered a canopy from this company and had no problems. On May 1, 2013 we ordered another 12' x 20' canopy. This is to replace the same one we previously ordered. Our measurements were the same on our order this time that they were three years ago. We received a 14' x 20'. Apparently you do not order the actual size you need anymore but rather the next size down from your measurements of your frame. Ridiculous! We did not open the box until we were ready to install... Ordered a canopy. It was never shipped. I had to call and find out when it might arrive since it had been over three weeks and no canopy. Item was in stock when I ordered it. Found they had not shipped it. Finally arrive three and a half weeks after placing the order. Then found they double billed my credit card. No reason except that mangers processed twice. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I called to ask a question regarding the canopy pictured online and got a sales rep. He convinced me to order from him instead of online. Big mistake. I never received a confirmation email as promised and the wrong canopy was delivered. Our company ordered on 2-9-12. We gave them our Fed Ex account number and told them we needed the product on 2-13-12. It never showed up. Called to get tracking, it showed that we were get the shipment on 2-15-12. Too late for what we needed it for. So I placed another order on 2-13-12 for an overnight shipment and gave them our fed ex account number again. it is now 2-16-12 and that order has not arrived. Do not deal with this company!! Too bad I just read these review here. Today in March 11, 2011. My original order is Feb 18, 2011 even after numerous phone calls (average wait 9 minutes) they still can't resolve the problem. They sent me wrong size tarp with higher prize. I didn't claim for the prize difference just requesting correct size replacement. Nothing is happening! I asked for refund on my CC, they said they can't only give store credit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY! I saved for years to be able to buy a 14X40 canopy to put over some kennel runs. I was told I was buying a "heavy duty" canopy. I was then living on the west coast, where it rarely snows. What arrived was a cheap piece of crap. The "canopy" is the same type of blue plastic you can buy at Walmart for FAR less. Agree with other reviews. Product purchased was a super heavy duty 12x20 snow canopy kit that was supposed to be completely enclosed and water proof. The sides to this would not even come completely to the metal poles. We had to add more tarps to cover around the corners. This company misrepresented their product. Sent out mispackaged products. They will not honor their original warranty as stated when product was purchased. Poles were to have a 3 year warranty and the tarps a one year warran... Read More »

Simply put......order was placed, car canopy was delivered one month one day latter (thats 32 days or 4 weeks plus). Card was charged day of purchase. Oh did I mention that the actual canopy itself was sent in the wrong size. Still trying to get them to fix that as I vent! I could go on about lies, lies and more lies but I'll end it here. One of the worst run businesses I have had the non-pleasure to work with. We ordered a canopy several months ago and received notice via email that our canopy had shipped, with an anticipated delivery date. The day came and went and still no canopy. This company LOOKS very professional and has an sophisticated marketing appearance. BUT WATCH OUT. Do not conduct any business with this company as they are bogus in touting to be the WORLDS LARGEST SUPPLIER. They are out of stock on one of the most basic tarps. They do not ship as promised. Ace Canopy / Tarps Plus has a terrible order page protocol and customer service, which I was unaware of because their webpage has the look of a reputable company. The first red flag came when they did provide an email confirmation receipt when the order was placed. We recently purchased a tarp from Tarps Plus on line. We did so because they offered a size in tarps that we were looking for and is hard to find. We had no problem placing the order, receiving confirmation of the order or receiving confirmation that the order was shipped. However, upon receiving the tarp and opening it up we realized that at the seams the tarp is very thin and for the price we paid we do not feel it will hold up very long.
