Worst company and service ever! I paid these guys $5000 6 months ago to do a few years of back taxes. And nothing, no work, no progress, no communication. I have handfuls of unanswered emails and texts. Call were unanswered and never returned. I scheduled an intervuew with them yesterday. They called me 2 times at 630am and texted me setting off my emergencey sleep mode. I have trouble sleeping so this has been a hardship for me today being on little sleep. I will not be interviewing with this company due to their hast and unawareness that I already was schuedled. Because of my experience with the first attorneys had dealt with, I was scared as shit... No need for that with ECG. They immediately collected my information, and then THEY did the work. My harassment stopped immediately, and I never had to call and pester to see what was going on. Very happy with Enterprise Consultants. From the start we were told they would get the job done and they did, I was always kept up to date and if I called they always returned my calls, or sent me email. The IRS been making my life hell for years they been taking money out of my social security check and I am not getting anywhere because I am paying interests & late fees everyday. Enterprise Consultant Group is a company I would refer any of my friends and family to. All the agents are welcoming and have a great knowledge of how the IRS works. I am not an easy customer to deal with because of my attention to detail and the amount of questions I can ask to make sure I do it right.
