This is a rather different review. I run a small business, and we ran FRS energy's affiliate ads for months. The affiliate program was run by FRS via Commission Junction. It has been 6 months and FRS has not paid me, $286 in commissions that I earned by providing them with leads. I contacted Commission Junction, and they told me that FRS does not have money in their account to pay you. I have contacted FRS 3 times via email and 2 times via telephone. SCAM ALERT- Unethical practice of asking for and using your credit card to just simply pay for shipping a free sample of product. Beware, you have become the unwitting member of a club that requires you to actively cancel your membership or you get charged upwards of $65.00 a month for product. I got my trial offer they sent me. I purchased the product, it did not work as they said. Water was better and free. Don't fall for this scam. They will keep charging your credit card even after you cancel. For example I cancelled and six months later they charged my account. Don't trust any company especially FRS to tell the truth. what a scam - after the 2 week trial, felt nothing - worthless product. Received thier next box for 67 $ returned it with the return merchandise number and was denied refund. But their money back guarantee states you can return the product empty and you will still get a refund - SAD. Read More »

June 24, 2009 I wanted to sign up for this "Free Trial" and I read that you can cancel after the initial 14 days if you call their toll free number (877) 377-4967. I have been tricked like that before and wanted to check it out ahead of time. I dialed the number listed and the phone rings 1 time, goes silent for about 5 seconds, and then emits a busy signal. I was reading the other peoples reveiw about how they were deceived and not to trut them with your info. If they would of read everything Thoroughly, it stats everything there in writing. What they are going to do and how they use your info. I did the free trial and was full aware that I was going to be set up for automatic orders. The FRS Company practices in unethical business practices. Use extreme caution when purchasing product from this company. You should check your bank or credit card statement because The FRS Company will charge you for product you didn't request or order. I, too, sent away for the "free" trial. It arrived with the information that they would automatically send me a month's supply after my 14 day trial. I called the 800 number and cancelled. I also received a cancellation number. Two weeks later I had a charge on my credit card for the monthly shipment. I immediately called the company to complain on 12/31/2008. First of all, this company uses a very deceitful sales practice with their "free" offer, which was totally unnecessary. I was going to try the product anyway just because Lance endorsed it, we all know how much energy he has, yet they still felt the need to dupe me into some subscription program. I was directed to their website by a banner ad for a free trial. They advertise on their main page http://www.healthyenergy.com/ "Try Free", "Free Trial" with no asterisk nor any other disclosures. Only when you get to the ordering page you discover you have to pay for shipping and agree to have your credit card billed for $64.95 per month automatic reordering. I too signed up for the free sample, evidently not seeing the "automatic shipment" agreement. I do not believe it was clearly stated. I e-mailed the company and asked about the shipment I received. They explained everything to me and offered if I returned it, they would credit my account. It was credited within the month. I was skeptical about signing up for the free trial offer because they automatically sign you up for repeated deliveries. I didn't want to feel pressured to order more of the product, so I called their 800 number to cancel the automatic shipments. They did so immediately without any sales pressure whatsoever. My running and cycling have improved since using FRS. I get the extra energy without the jitters. The taste is so much better than others I've tried and the results are infinitely better. I used to be totally addiced to energy drink like Rockstar, Monster, and many more. Had one pretty much everyday and sometimes even twice is I had a game.
