Long story short I formed a company as a back up in a business divorce, at the time I already owned 2 other companies. Turns out this back up company was not needed because I was able to resolve the split up with my business partner amicably. Therefore I never filed for a EIN or a FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) number with the state of Florida. I was not going to renew this 3rd dormant company. I used Mycorporation to form a corporation and the experience was great. I was not sure if I wanted to form a corporation or an LLC. Thankfully, their website answered all of my questions, even those I did not think to ask. Poor Quality of Service I formed an LLC a couple of years ago via MyCorporation and so far I'm a bit disappointed. Of course I could do this myself manually but the idea is to save time so I can concentrate on my business. 1. When I decided to go open a business account I realized I had not received the Article of Organization from Mycorporation.com. I did not realize I was suppose receive a packet from them. I never received any UPS notices and I never got a confirmation call from the company. Now that it's months later I found out that they do not keep any of the tracking information from the order. Now I have to pay to get copies of the AoF eithe $50 from the state of $130 from Mycorporation. Read More »

I use MyCoporation this year to help form my LLC. The service was simple and it was free. I received the package today and was very happy with the corporate kit and the seal. I had a great experience with MyCorporation. Their customer service team was friendly when I was trying to form my LLC. They knew what they were talking about and explained the filing process clearly. I didn't know what to expect when my CPA recommended them after he had referred many of his clients to them.
