Ordered some HDMI cables through their store front on Amazon for a TV i picked up at a reasonable price. waited 2 weeks for it and still nothing. Filed a complaint through amazon and basically is now given the run around stating there is nothing they can do cause it wasn't charged to my credit card, BUT, it was charged. I've had a problem with bargaincell.com as well. Ordered two shipments one which contained a defective charger for the droid incredible. Have emailed them three times (in accordance with their return policy) to get a RMA and never have received an email back from them. Yes you have to pay shipping charges to have potentially defective products returned to their facility. But they won't even acknowledge my emails which were submitted to return a product. This business has been pulling me around since the 11th of June. They made an error in the shipping process by placing the "Billed" persons name on the package and sending it to the "Deliver To" persons address. USPS will not deliver a package to somebody who is not a legal resident at that address. It was specifically stated on the website form that I filled out, that I wanted my item to be shipped in someone else's name to someone else's address, because someone else would be fixing my lapt... I bought what they described as a "Samsung charger" for my U740 celllphone. The product price was cheap but the shipping charges somewhat expensive. When the charger arrived, the product box was damaged and appeared to have been opened or used prior to being shipped. The product was not a Samsung charger, but some generic charger made in China that did not even say "Samsung compatible" on the box!
