In November 2022, I hired Saunders & Associates to take 3 Parties to Court for water damages estimated to be 18k in a new construction after a bad washer installation. Vasilli Papas was so convincing in the consult and appeared to be knowledgeable promising they would win my case, I sat with it for a month questioning why other Lawyers were telling I had a good case, but this would be a fight and could be costly. UPDATE: Ever since I’ve filed a complaint to the BBB about this law office, and mentioned all the bad reviews they have, ALL OF A SUDDEN, they have so many nice reviews... Please watch out for this SCAM of a lawyer! TLDR: DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. Quick to take $500, you have to constantly be on top of them in order for anything to get done. This is worst experience ever with a lawyer. I had an eviction that they were to handle. I paid them in full this should have been an easy case. I have no floor under my bathtub elec is two bare wires pushed into meter. No working appliances. The Saunders Law Group is a very professional law firm that takes care of their clients. I have used them for the last 2 years in saving my home from foreclosure. I have had long term real world experience with legal defense. Recontrust was aggressively trying to foreclose and Bank of America was bouncing me around like a ping pong ball with excuses on why they could not help me with a work out. I hired Saunders Law Group almost a year ago for a mortgage case and I could not be happier!!! We were looking for a loan mod. We went to a few attorneys. One took us for a ride. It wasn't until I heard Saunders radio show on Saturdays that We thought we go to them. We made an appointment and went in. I found them to very honest but reassuring. They told my wife and I that our case could take as much as 18 months. Well?
