on October 4th i wired wonder jewelers $ 41,000 for a 3ct emerald cut diamond with a GIA cert. over the next few weeks they kept switching out the stones that was available. They received my wife's engagement ring for a cleaning over a year ago. I bought it from Tony in 2007 for 20K. They missed getting it back to us for our 10th anniversary. Sent it back in August nearly two months late with a new "upgraded" center stone. They wanted $4000 for the upgrade. I must say it's been quite a journey to find the ring. So many options out there and most importantly, to average JOE it's simply confusing. I found wonder jewelers on Ebay and contact them by phone. I was able to work with them on customizing the ring based on 2 rings I saw online. Service was great, price was to good to be true but I had it appraised and it all checked! Can't be happier. I have dealt with this company on 2 occassions - to purchase a diamond ring and to purchase the wedding band. I am very satisfied with the quality of jewelry purchased as well as their customer service regarding a return. I purchased 1ct engagement diamond ring, and I wanted to exchange them for 1,5 ct diamond ring. I mailed the 1ct ring in the original box back to wonderjewelers. Wonderjewelers.com is an excellent company that made buying an engagement ring online very easy. The price was hundreds less then other sites for a similar quality diamond. Every diamond that I could afford on big chain sites, such as the ones you see at the mall, were of a really low clarity, cut and color. I would recommend Wonder Jewelers company to anyone who is interested in quality and value. I was able to get a 1,25 carat diamond, c color, VS2, a platinum band for a very good price. Good buying experience, I found that prices were lower than other online stores for the same type of diamond cut and shape.
