Tim McFarlin was my bankruptcy attorney when I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last year. Because Tim is so knowledgeable in bankruptcy law my bankruptcy went great. My experience with Tim McFarlin was a very positive one. I claimed bankruptcy 14 months ago, and Tim was my attorney. He has an optimistic attitude which was very refreshing under the circumstances. But he wasn't giving me blind hope. Tim told me there was light at the end of the tunnel, and he was right. Excellent bankruptcy lawyer. Tim is honest, he addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. His demeanor was pleasant and he is very friendly and easy to talk to. I just came out of a bad business partnership which left me on the brink of bankruptcy, with a mound of debt. I went to two other lawyers before finding Tim McFarlin from the McFarlin & Geurts law firm in Irvine, California.
