I found the process about as easy and efficient as it could be. Everybody made me feel as important as if they were my own staff.I really don't know how you would have improved your experience?. 123 Triad's sales person’s overall knowledge of helping you select the correct web design package and additional features prior to starting was excellent. I was also extremely satisfied with my project manager and web designer.It would have been nice to be given a list additional common services with pricing. First of all, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with 123triad. All I can say is that they need a little improvements in technical support team response time after publication of websites, other than that I found them professional, courteous and timely service with competitive prices. 123 triad customer rep would contact me every day and would respond to my questions within a few hours for the most part. Honestly, I had no complaints working with Triad and it is really very difficult to find any improvements they need when all is excellent. I have done 3 sites with them and all are 100% well done. There was a time when I was unable to get in touch with my project manager for couple of days. If people are sick, or on vacation there should be a notification sent out. My Project manager Maria overall was great to deal with. She usually answered me very quickly and worked very hard to deliver on everything I asked of her. I enjoyed working with her. I needed a website to be designed I search the web for a lot of web design companys and the only website standout to me when it come on to pricing was Triad 123 Web design, I had no problem getting my web project up and running my project manager was pretty good on answering my calls and also answer any questions when I had one . I have to agree with a fellow reviewer that they did a bait and switch with me. I am not a website techie and didn't know exactly what I wanted. I didn't want a generic 5 page template. I wanted 5 individually designed pages, They wouldn't let us see pages 2-5 till after we had an approved page 1 (1st sign of trouble). I am considered to be a very creative individual. I was skeptical at first because without being face to face I thought I was going to encounter difficulties! However this was not the case. The only difficulty I encountered was choosing one of the three very well built templates for the website. They nailed it the first time through. I want to inform everybody that I am 100%+ delighted with the website that 123triad built for me. I would also like to express my satisfaction with their entire staff, Maia and Joe. wow the review below is SPOT on, Triad is a HORRID company and there prices aren't low enough for me to deal with there BS, I went with them at first because of reviews I read online which I see know was more then likely posted by them. I wasted a lot of money just to find out that they DON'T even do heavy programming or CMS, everything is pre-packaged and sent overseas.
