Recently had a good experience with my second FHA Streamline, three years after the first one, both with American Heritage. Geoff Hooker worked quickly and efficiently to complete the paperwork, and patiently answered all my questions. Hoping to re-fi again with a conventional loan in a few more years, and it will definitely be with American Heritage. After shopping around, we decided to go through American Hertiage/Mortagage Opportunity Group to refinance our home to remove mortgage insurance and lower our interest rate. Two separate mortgages 1st one was bad second even worse. took way too long and after many months with no financial changes i was told either i used this refinance to pay off credit card or else i would be denied .I passed . If you are looking for a quick easy mortgage pass this one. Read More »

I called today from a mailing received and it was the worst customer service experience. The person representing American Heritage Lending was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Actually told me I should call HUD and learn how it really works or maybe I should talk to someone that knows how to do math! Unbelievable, I would never do business with this company. NEVER EVER!
