I absolutely love shoedazzles products, their customer service is incredible. I have ordered atleast 5 pairs of good quality, comfortable shoes from this company. The quality of shoe is well made for the minimal price of 40 bucks plus the fact that there is no monthly charge is a bonus. I ordered a pair of heels from shoedazzle earlier this week and it has been a nightmare ever since. I think Shoe Dazzle is a little scam-ish. I was a member for about a week, at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct 2011. For starters, any company that is going to bill you each month before you actually buy anything is, let's face it, kinda trying to scam you. I have been a member of Shoedazzle for about a year and a half. When I first joined, shoes were of high quality, original and unique. Shoe Dazzle has the most amazing customer service I have ever encountered. If you are looking for that one accessory, just hop on their Facebook wall, and request it. It doesn't take more than a couple hours to have something new in your show room. They can't read minds, and sometimes show rooms are less than stellar, but they are quick to rectify the situation. Here is the scoop.. I really love shoe dazzle! I have purchased handbags, jewelry,and shoes. I have over 20 items and have had an issue with only one item. I posted my complaint on Facebook and in literally 5 minutes the dazzle team contacted me (by home phone and on Facebook). I spoke with Drew, he was fast, friendly, funny, and productive. I have been with Shoedazzle since 2009. I must say back then it was much better than it is now. For the price it's great... people complain about exclusivity but come on who really cares! I have been a member since 2/11. I am very happy with the shoes and the customer service 90% of the time. In my opinion, if you do not live on the West Coast USA it takes forever to get your shoes. Most of the time 7 days for me on the East Coast. To me, this is very slow. I've had other businesses deliver items to me from CA much faster than that. While most people find ShoeDazzle's customer service to be amazing, I do not. I feel that the women (and men) are extremely passive aggressive when handling customers. This company is a rip-off! They ask that you buy a pair of shoes for 39.99, but what they fail to mention is that once you buy your first pair of shoes they automatically enroll you in this monthly payment that is deducted from your account for 39.99 a month.
