I went to Mr. Lever to file BK a few years back. I always spoke with him and he was very good at responding via email to my MANY questions and worries. I had a rundown of all of my debts for our consultation. He was very relaxed and personable. He advised that the first half of the fee needed to be due by the time he filed the paperwork (which can take a bit as he notifies each place) and then the rest before we go to court.
