I purchased insurance from Sunset Plaza and saved $1300 annualy. My license was suspended becasuce of DUI, Arthur from Sunset plaza insurance helped my to get my license back and save me a tone of money. I called Sunset Plaza and got a really nice lady on the line name Kimberly. After reading all the crazy comments I was a little nervous about buying insurance from her company,and I told her. I do understanding you can't please all people. Kimberly really took her time and explained everything about insurance to me- Got a great rate where all other companies were giving me a crazy monthly rate--had a down payment, which we broke into 2 payments but so far no problems and I'm saving over 98.0... I do no suggest this company to anyone, not even an enemy. It took almost an hour for me to get the insurance. I talked to 2 different agents and then the manager. By the end of it all they had given me three different quotes then took my husband off the policy without my permission. I was on hold forever while the manager fixed the problem. I highly suggest to stay away from this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and dishonest. I have screen shots of the chat where I was insulted by the person who appears to be the president of this company. Speaking with them yesterday/today put a complete damper on my mood. They told me 3 different quotes and finally when I contacted a designated sales rep, he sent me a few cryptic PDF files of my "quote" which were also incomprehensible. This company obviously can not oversee what their employees are doing. I got a call from sunset asking about my insurance needs, I told them I was not interested and hung up the phone, I guess they didnt like my attitude because I have gotten 6 crank calls from them today so far. I called several times to talk to a supervisor, was left on hold to rot. Roosvelt Tabesh called me back (so he says) and assured me they would not call back. i went online to get auto insurance and i got so many phone calls from sunset plaza insurance. I spoke with Philip, who is my agent and also the manager. He game me a quote which seem to good to be true. At first i was skeptical about Sunset plaza so i did my research and found out this is a legit company. I went ahead and purchase dmy policy. An agent name Phillip, called me from this broker and help me save over $300 a year on my car insurance. I normally hate shopping for insurance because its very time consuming. His utmost professionalism and promptness made my experience very easy, it only took 15 mins to get everything done.
