I could not be more pleased with Jim and Patio Crew. I called a number of other patio lattice installers and none got back to me in a timely manner. When they did, they didn't seem terribly interested in whether or not they got my business. I had done some research so I knew the realm of "reasonable" pricing. The people at patiocrew.com did an absolutely amazing job. From the initial meeting and presentation of our options to the installation and the handling of the permitting, they did it all in a very professional manner. They were also very quick. In the middle of my negotiations with Patiocrew, his installers in Northern California had quit and so I was in an unusual position to complete the installation. I could not pass-up on the great pricing for the patio cover, so I decided to install it myself and Warren agreed to provide me whatever information or help I needed.
