ok so I wen to this dealer a one auto center and I got this truck the was 5000 cash so I only had 3000 so they finance the truck and they jump the price to 7999 plus finance it was like 10000 tottal and I toll the sales guy the I had lost my social security card and he said the I didn't needed so they give me the truck and I give him the 3000 and like a month and half they toll me the they didn't aprove the loan and they send someone to repo the truck and they also keep my 3000 down payment s... Wow what a great team of sales people. I went on line looking for my dream car for weeek's .Than driving all over test driving Toyota FJ etc.And finally we found it at A One Auto Center . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A ONE AUTO CENTER!!!!!!! This is a NO star dealership!!!!! I wish I would have read all of these reviews prior to purchasing my car.. I have never in my life have dealt with the WORST, RUDEST, and most DISHONEST people all in one place.. Wow... I can go on for days with my story about these shady folks... One word to describe this dealership, DECEITFUL. When you arrive to the dealership and need a vehicle they will definitely try to get you into a vehicle regardless of your credit. Once you find the vehicle that you THINK will work for you, all the manipulating begins. They will lie to you and misinform you with loan documents. Less than a couple of months ago, my son purchased a used car from this dealership with a trade in. It has now been 2 months later and the dealership still has not paid off the traded in vehicle and my son is stuck making payments on the vehicle that is no longer in his possession, nor does he own while making payments on the new vehicle.The dealership also obtained the wrong payoff amount and is refusing to compensate for the difference, even after proof was provided. i bought a bmw from this dealer less then 30 days ago i have not even had my first car payment yet and the transmission light came on,the airbag light,the hazarad lights dont work and the lock button does not work the window broke and they gave me a new tire and messed up the wheel alinement,i have contact this company for them to fix it the first time i bought it in to the service department they fixs one thing which was the window i have called them alot of time and the service manager bria... About two months ago I purchased a used car along with a protection plan of a total of $1299.00... A1 received full payment from the lease company and to this day My PROTECTION PLAN had not been paid. I called A1 and spoke to Miriam Caberra a.k.a "OFFICE MANAGER" and she was of no help and rude, it was as though I was bothering her. Leasing company was called to deal with them and pay as agreed in contract. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND this auto company. Read More »
