I wanted to give a review and realize this is based on never having worked with a contractor before on this type of job. I have never written a review but because Nu Kitchen & Floors did such an outstanding job on my kitchen I'm compelled to submit this review. Re-doing a kitchen can be a nightmare and can take weeks and weeks. I was very hesitant to begin this project because I was afraid of what I might be getting myself into. Elias and his crew did a fantastic job. We had a kitchen remodel. The kitchen was demoed to completion in 10 days. Everything was replaced with brand new materials. The price could not be matched by other bids I recieved. Although I had to do my own electrical and plumbing, I think the price was fair. Elias Mazloum and his team gutted and remodeled our kitchen in April of 2011 in 7 days. The quality of the work and professionalism of Elias and team was refreshing. We were so pleased with the work that we had them gut and remodel a bathroom in February 2012, which was accomplished in just 4 days. Again, the work met all expectations. I just had such a great experience with my kitchen and bathroom remodel that I have to post it. I worked with Nu Kitchen and Floors and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had 3 companies bid on my job and I handled the bidding process myself. NU Kitchen & Floors WOW!!! A new kitchen in 7 working days! I missed most of the ‘activity’ or work in progress. My husband wanted the bulk of the onsite remodel done while I was with my mother in Cincinnati for her surgery. We met with Anthony and Elias shortly before my departure, looking at materials, fixtures and cabinets. Remodeled my kitchen and floor through Nu Kitchens & Floors recently. The owner of the company Elias Mazloum is a very nice guy. He helped me plan the layout of the kitchen with the new cabinets and choose the materials that fit my budget. The crew members were all nice and professional. Elias Malzoum and the crew from NuKitchens are very professional. On time and on budget. I would and have recommended them to anyone whose thinking of remodeling of any kind. NU Kitchen did a complete kitchen remodel for us. The workers were great; polite, on time and were full of great advice. Everyone seemed to care for the job as if it was their house. We made several changes "on the fly" and they took care of everything. Two examples I would like to share. NU Kitchens & Floors just finished my kitchen remodeling last Friday,The contract was for 2 weeks, and they got it done before the time indicated. Cabinets, countertop, flooring, recess lighting and painting. I am very pleased with every employee from sales to installers. We had our kitchen and floor done in September, and overall Nu Kitchen Inc. did a fairy good job. Few things I was satisfied with were first of all their contractors were unlike any other contractors I've seen before. They were polite, positive and professional about their work. My wife and I are elderly and we decided to get some projects done at our house. We did some research and found that NU Kitchens and Floors provided the most fair prices and quality of workmanship that has completely left us satisfied. We now have a beautiful kitchen, tiled kitchenette, finished ceilings. Upstairs we have new ceilings finished and full carpeting. I recently had my kitchen remodelled by NU Kitchens and Floors. My experience with this company was excellent. Their sales staff were very helpful and their experience allowed them to understand what I wanted after a few minutes conversation which helped make a decision on what cabinets and counter tops I needed for my kitchen.
