My car got broken into a couple of days ago. AAA Locksmith was recommended to me by a friend that also needed service a while ago. The technician re-keyed my car without trouble. He was nice and very patient with the job. The keys worked great and now I feel safer. Read More »

Just like other people, I got locked out of my room. I was on my way to school and unfortunately everything was inside of there. I decided to call AAA Locksmith, and the dispatcher gave me a quote and an estimated time frame. The technician called me about 5 minutes later and was at my house quicker than what I expected. I was unfortunately locked out of my house two nights ago and called this company. They were at my house within 20 minutes and the technician was able to get me in within a matter of time. I also needed one of my locks replaced, and he had different locks I was able to choose from in his van. I will definitely use this company in the future. Read More »

I live in an older home. Its time to replace old and broken items around the house. I called AAA Locksmith Inc. to replace my old locks with upgraded locks and keys. I called for a quote on 6/21 after my key would not turn after getting off of work. Quote on phone was different than when tech called, so I cancelled service. After shopping around I decided to call them back since their updated quote was comparable to the other quotes, and because I could clearly understand their dispatcher. I had a simple request..replace 3 locks and install the new ones keyed-alike. He replaced two locks that were keyed alike and told me he didn't have the right lock for the third door. He then told me to go to Home Depot and get a Kwikset Smartlock that I could install myself. When my door slammed behind me without my keys, I called Pacific Locksmith (also known as AAA Locksmith Inc.). Promptness: Girl on the phone said they could get to my house within half an hour, so I sat and waited. 40 minutes later the locksmith called to say he would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up. AAA Locksmith Inc is by far the best locksmith company around. I went to the beach, and lucky for me, lost my keys in the ocean. I called a few different companies, and other companies were no help whatsoever. So I decided to tell this company to come out and make a new key for my 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was completely satisfied with this company. I was locked out of my home and was all alone at 1 in the morning. Came to my house and then wanted 89.00 more than was quoted over phone. Was told we would get a 50.00 refund after calling to complain about this practice of charging my wife more because I wasn't home so they figured they could take advantage of a woman. My experience was not good, my grandson who lives with me called AAA (Pacific Locksmith) they quoted him between 300.00 and 340.00 to have keys for door and ignition. Then when they showed up they said $500.00 to get both keys done or pay them fifty to leave (service call fee). He told them I don't have that much, They then made a door key and an ignition key that would not start the car. They told he could change programming for chip which never worked .
