We were very pleased with Charlie's quick phone response and timely arrival. The plumbers arrived and were very courteous and informative. I explained that we had alreday had the drain cleaned without success by others. Charlies used their heavy duty drain-router and within minutes the drain was opened. other plumbers had quoted us $1000's to fix the problem. we are in an older neighborhood with lots of big trees and roots are the problem. they recommended a yearly or twice-yearly maintenance... Highly reccommend Charlies plumbing, they are fast efficient and honest. another company wanted to charge over $4000.00 to do the drains that were cloged by trees. they didnt have the right equipment but Charlie did . the drain was cleared in less than an hour and at a fraction of the cost and they arrived two hours earlier than expected so I didnt have to wait around all day.
