Ordered, received, and used in January. I was never billed a complete total on my purchase. I recieved a conformation number for the product, but not a tracking number for the shipping of the item. Shipping and Handling was around (cents less than) $7 per box, the box doesn't weigh over 3 ounces. So the buy one get one free is total to over $30. Do not buy this product! The warnings in the instructions are totally inadequate. I used the product on my arm (thankfully I didn't try it on my face) following the directions. I have no hair on my arm, but I have very little skin left on my arm as well. My arm is bright red and feels as if it has been severely burned. I called the company and they did issue a full refund, but I'm still left with an arm that may even need medical attention. Please do not use this product and tell all your fri... Read More »
