I called back the next day and got Elsie. She was just terrific. I gave her the measurements we had from the dress received, she measured one she had in stock and understood the problem. Within minutes the size chart was off the site and she contacted the manufacturer for a correct list of sizes/measurements. She handled the exchanged with patience and care, she was wonderful. This is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered a communion dress and shoes from mygirldress.com after carefully measuring my daughter and ordering according to their size charts. Both were too small. I called immediately to return and their customer service never called me back nor responded to my emails. Please read this before buying from Mygirldress.com and please also read the other reviews for this company. While the company does have beautiful dresses, their customer service is AWFUL! They never once notified me that the dress I ordered for my daughter was on back order, and I had to be the one to call in 7 days later to find out for myself. Mygirldress.com has gorgeous dresses and awful customer service. I ordered two flower girl dresses and two flower girl baskets from this company. The dresses shipped over a month late and only after we called several times to inquire about their status. To be fair, when they arrived they were exactly as shown on the website. We ordered from this company two weeks ago. My daughters communion is tomorrow, I had to ordered a dress from other vendor which we already received and love! Someone from this company called me on Tuesday to let me know that the dress was not on its way! I was furious, when I ordered the dress I did not now that the dress I ordered was on back order. I ordered three dresses from this site. When my order was received, one of the dresses was the wrong style and was not the one that I ordered. I called right away (I had to look up their number on BBB website, it is not listed anywhere on mygirldress site) and received a return authorization #. I was unsure if I wanted to go with a white or ivory dress as it is hard to tell on-line. I ordered both assuming I could exchange the one I did not select for the second dress I needed. I was amazed at how fast my flower girl dresses arrived. They arrived earlier than I thought they would. The dresses look fantastic. When I first ordered them I was kind of scared about ordering them off the internet, but they are perfect. The price for the dresses were unbeatable also. I have just received my daughter's communion dress, and it's absolutely beautiful. The picture online doesn't do it justice. I am very pleased with the dress. The only downfall of this company was that it took them two weeks to process my order, and that was with RUSH delivery.
