I have also been duped by this fraudulent company. I returned the product as stated in their ad, in fact I returned it the day I got it, and got billed for $98.50. I called and they stated that they never received the package. I even gave them the RA# and she asked if I had the UPS#. I didn't because I used their label for the return and put it in the plastic envelope at UPS like I was told. This company hs got to be stopped from cheating people out of almost $100!!!!!!!! The on line ad states that I can get a free sample of their product for $4.95 shipping and handling. When filling out my request, it then says I will receive product every other month for $98.95 and I can cancel at any time. When I logged on to their chat session to get more information about the size of the product that I would be getting every other month, I could not get a direct answer to me question. I recently ordered some free samples from this company..........Got a bill later with charges of $98.50 & $96.50. I went bizerk! This company has got to be stopped duping customers with their hidden charges. I have read other complaints about this company on TrustLink and am boiling mad. My complaint is the same as everyone else's. You sign up for a free trial and you get billed a month later for $98.50. I called their customer support and they refused to return the funds stating that it is clearly displayed on their website that it is a subscription service. It is NOT clearly displayed and I created a powerpoint deck that proves it. My report sounds like most everyone elses. This is definitely an internet scam company. I ordered a "free sample" of their Kronos Shampoo & Conditioner and was only to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling fee (I gave them my credit card for this). My story is the same as all the rest. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I ordered a "free trial" and was only to pay a small shipping and handling fee. SCAM indeed! I feel I did due diligence before ordering my "free" trial. I immediately sent an e-mail(stating I wasn't interested in their product and to refund my $) when I was billed, to which I heard or received no reply. The U.S. Post office said to mark further packages as 'REFUSED' and the package will be returned to the sender. This company advertised online hair products called Kronos. Promised to send me free products for free trial if I pay s/h of $4.95. I checked the site over well and did not see any other stipulations. I signed up for the trial. Totally agreed. Legal scamming. Should not be legal at all. I was understanding the 'free trial' bit and figured I would send the items back in time however life got in the way. Fine. I had a very similar experience to the other review. I purchase a "free" sample. I did not see anywhere on their site that I would have to pay 98.50 if I did not return the products. Glow.com is involved in the "legal scamming" practice that has been sweeping the internet for years. This is how it works: Glow.com post ads all over the internet advertising free products.
