I returned the product as stated in their ad, in fact I returned it the day I got it, and got billed for $98.50. I called and they stated that they never received the package. I even gave them the RA# and she asked if I had the UPS#. I didn't because I used their label for the return and put it in the plastic envelope at UPS like I was told. This company hs got to be stopped from cheating people out of almost $100!!!!!!!!
I would love to hear... Read More »

Paulette V. posted a review

The on line ad states that I can get a free sample of their product for $4.95 shipping and handling. When filling out my request, it then says I will receive product every other month for $98.95 and I can cancel at any time. When I logged on to their chat session to get more information about the size of the product that I would be getting every other month, I could not get a direct answer to me question. So I am not even getting the trial offer. Read More »

Alice M. posted a review

I recently ordered some free samples from this company..........Got a bill later with charges of $98.50 & $96.50. I went bizerk! This company has got to be stopped duping customers with their hidden charges. I have read other complaints about this company on TrustLink and am boiling mad. I had an awful allergic reation to the products, called them to tell them and was told I did not read the paperwork as closely as I should have. After being VERY rude to me, they did me a favor and gave me b... Read More »

Gary H. posted a review

My complaint is the same as everyone else's. You sign up for a free trial and you get billed a month later for $98.50. I called their customer support and they refused to return the funds stating that it is clearly displayed on their website that it is a subscription service. It is NOT clearly displayed and I created a powerpoint deck that proves it. In fact, it is so NOT clearly displayed that I believe I have a strong argument that this is a scam and have reported them to the BBB, FBI Inter... Read More »

Rafael N. posted a review

This is absoublty bad business and never as a business owner or customer have treated or been treated this way, I feel like I was robbed.

My report sounds like most everyone elses. This is definitely an internet scam company. I ordered a "free sample" of their Kronos Shampoo & Conditioner and was only to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling fee (I gave them my credit card for this). My package arrived last week with a statement that came with it noting if I didn't return unordered and additional products they had included in the package, within 30 days, I would be charged $98.50 and be enrolled in their monthly Beauty Lounge c... Read More »

Lori G. posted a review

My story is the same as all the rest. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I ordered a "free trial" and was only to pay a small shipping and handling fee. My package arrived yesterday the statement that came with it stated if I didn't return the product in 30 days I would be charged $98.50 and be enrolled in their monthly Beauty Lounge club automatically plus be billed ridiculous charges for this as well. I immediately began the process of trying to return the products unopened because I didn'... Read More »

Robert J. posted a review

Add me to the reviews about this company being a total scam. My product was regiMen Age Correcting Serum. They were going to charge me $78 for my "free Trail". I am returning the "free sample" and will follow up. I feel I did due diligence before ordering my "free" trial. I immediately sent an e-mail(stating I wasn't interested in their product and to refund my $) when I was billed, to which I heard or received no reply. The U.S. Post office said to mark further packages as 'REFUSED' and the package will be returned to the sender.

Promised to send me free products for free trial if I pay s/h of $4.95. I checked the site over well and did not see any other stipulations. I signed up for the trial. Received product and noticed an invoice for the shampoo and creme rinse was free but the other products were going to be automatically billed monthly to my credit card in the amount of $90, which I did not sign up for. Legal scamming. Should not be legal at all. I was understanding the 'free trial' bit and figured I would send the items back in time however life got in the way. Fine. But I did not see the bit about if you don't cancel your membership they KEEP charging you every month to ship out more. OK, fine, my fault for not seeing that. BUT - here's the thing. The stuff is crap. The brushes were broken and they shipped a replacement brush which was ALSO broken and one of the make up con... Read More »

Rebecca M. posted a review

I had a very similar experience to the other review. I purchase a "free" sample. I did not see anywhere on their site that I would have to pay 98.50 if I did not return the products. About two months later I received a charge for 98.50 on my credit card.

I immediately called the company thinking this must be some mistake, but they refused to issue me a refund. I told them I did not want to buy 100.00 shampoo and did not know I was going to be charged. This is how it works:

Glow.com post ads all over the internet advertising free products. In the ad, they tell you that your only obligation is to pay shipping and handling. No where does it warn you that you must return the products within thirty days or they will charge the outrageous amount for the product. We are talking $100.00 eye cream folks. An eye cream that claims you will see redu... Read More »
