I have had excellent service with my past orders and wanted to say thank you for offering such high quality items. You've got quite an organization there. I really appreciate it. Hi, You only hear about problems so I thought I would mention some great service I have received from Integy (Bill at tech support). My suspension kit was missing a couple of hardware parts. Although it took awhile to get a response from Integy(email), they quickly sent out the replacement items with no questions asked. Beware of this company and its products! They have the absolute worst customer service ever. First of all you can not call them with any issue all problems must be email and wait 2 days for response! I ordered integy parts for my traxass slash and when I received them one of the items the steel driveshaft was incomplete and missing parts. I've been using their equipment for several years, the products are excellent and much better than GPM, GH, strc and such and they have a big selection. The web site is a bit difficult to navigate partially because they have such enormous amount of various parts. I've ordered from them a couple dozen times and their shipping is on the slow side from time to time, so I contacted them by e-mail and ticket support. Be ware of this company!!! I ordered a parts for my rc car 2-22-11 from there on line web page and they said the part was in stock, that's why I ordered it from them! Needless to say I'm still waiting for my part, I've checked there track order page and it said it's order, than I check the next page and it said estimated shipping date was 3-9-11. This company has the worst customer service ever. I have been trying to speak with someone from this company about fraudulent card use, purchases made at their company. It has been 14 days and I have yet to speak to a human. I received an email from them with no help. The phone number just rings and rings. I just received my order and wanted to let you know immediately how impressed I am with the customer service you provide. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and everything arrived as promised, I know you guys are swampped with orders and I keep bugging Bill at tech support about my order. I ordered over $2,000 worth of hopups from them, excellect machining work and finishing. Much much better than stuffs I got from rdlogics or golden horizon. I tricked out my T-Maxx converting almost every single part from Integy, they serve me well but keep in mind their cs and tech is through online only. This expirience is awful I order items from integy.com got an order confirmation # tried to track the order it just say it was ordered but still not shipped. I try to find a number to contact them and the only one I got after a lot of searching just rings never any answer. I emailed tech support and the help desk with no response still.
