Marshall Campbell is a legit Certified Public Accountant; if you don't know, you can vet him by searching for him on the California Board of Accountancy website. I did it, and so should you. This man is far from a fraud. Granted, he does charge for his services, so you get what you deserve. He walked us through our amended taxes and let us know his fees upfront after analyzing our financial statements. I can't thank Marshall Campbell & Co. enough for their professional services. I had tax problems issues, and worked with multiple "SO CALL CPA's and Tax Lawyers"! I spent so much time and money trusting these firms, just to be robbed of my sanity, finances and confidence. I was referred to Marshall Campbell & Co. by a friend who is also a client of theirs. Do NOT use this individual. He is a liar, a cheat, a scam artist, etc. He takes your money up front and hangs you out to dry. He does not perform any of the services that he says he will. He is constantly moving his business addresses because of his shady ways and the same with phone numbers. Do an internet search and see how many different addresses and phone number this guy has.
