I purchased a set of headlights for a 1999 Dodge Ram. I was very pleased with the price I purchased them for; unfortunately this will be my last purchase from Dash z Racing. Let me explain. Each headlight was individually boxed and then placed in a larger box for shipping. I opened the outer box first and pulled the first inside box out. No problem. Dash Z Racing was wonderful to deal with. I ordered a product, it wasn't right for my vehicle and they were great during the return process. If I ever need anything else for my vehicle I would go with them. I also would highly recommend Dash Z Racing to any of my friends and family. Read More »

I have never written a review before but I have to commend Dash Z Racing for their GREAT customer service! My boyfriend, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force, has a 2001 Honda Prelude that he truly loves. While he was deployed, I ordered fog lights as a surprise gift for him. The beginning of my experience with DashZ was great! I ordered headlights and tailight for my Lexus and within one week i received the first portion of my order (the tailights). The next day, I received the headlights ( unfortunately, the wrong ones). I contacted Dash Z immediately. They responded immediately! I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that Dash Z Racing has a great return policy. I was able to return the product with a very brief explaination with absolutely no problem at all. They were accomodating and polite and understanding. The gentlman there emailed the Return Shipping Label within 24 hours, it was a done deal. I had a great experience dealing with Dash Z Racing. They have the great prices on their products, it is delivered in a prompt manner, the live customer service is excellent, and the customer is number one for Dash Z Racing.
