I made my first purchase from OutdoorPros the first part of August 2012 after a co-worker told me I could expect merchandise from them in one to two weeks. I am writing this on September 8th. OutdoorPros has given me two or three projected dates for my order to ship, all have come and gone. To be safe, or maybe to get me off of their back, they've now told me my order will ship around Thanksgiving. Outdoorpros.com is a scam. They advertise the wrong pictures to describe visually the items you are purchasing then when they tell you after buying the wrong item "no problem just send it back and we will exchange it" then they make you pay a restocking fee and refund their shipping for their poor misleading advertisements. I purchased a $54 item and they refunded me $34 and then offered to exchange the item after the fact. So I lose $20 then have to pay and extra $20 to get the correct item.... Read More »

I just ordered a few "toys" from this site. I ordered it on Monday and my package was waiting for me by the time I got home from work on Friday. I enjoyed the variety of TOP brands of folding knives that they have. There is a guarantee that I will order from this site again bc they have SO much to offer. I picked up a bike helmet from them and it arrived fast and as described. It was hard to find a helmet in my size, so I was excited to land here and be able to get a great helmet at a good price. I would consider them for future purchases and recommend to others. Read More »
