I've been a customer of theirs for approx. 3 years. I've had no problem receiving the goods I ordered, the problem is their customer service. Believe me when I tell you - AS SOON AS YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL HAVE PROBELMS. i was overcharged by $94 because of a clerical error on their end. This company took me for $59.90 by shipping product that I had not ordered and by not being willing to accept a return. Deceptive business practices would not be necessary if their product was any good. I would warn others to avoid them at all costs. Read More »

I was very nervous about ordering anything online and thought it might be another gimmick product. I ordered a free trial of stuff form them for $14.99 ended up getting charged $64.99 And can never get customer service member on phone to say why and how I got charged so much.
