My loan was a difficult one to complete due to the timing of the Wuhan virus it took over 1 year to fund. During this time Brent stuck with me even though I became very aggravated with the process at times which Prime Choice or Brent had no control over. My name is John and I just completed my loan with Gary Rachner at Prime Choice Funding, he has done loans for about 20 of my co-workers and I can see why they all use him. David Arnold and Steve Haymond were great to work with. David was very patient with me getting documentation during my tax busy season. I delayed him about 10 days, he hung in there with me. Steve is very detail oriented and championed our loan thru the process. Thanks to David Arnold and Brandon Pratt from PrimeChoiceFunding, we have a good rate & APR for our refinanced mortgage. All documents had been submitted online, and signing at several instances were via Docusign. Closing was with the help of a Notary who visited home. Bait and Switch. Company has been running TV advertisements for a no cost mortgage loan. Since the ad's fine print is difficult to read on the screen I froze the ad and took a photo of the small print. I met every single criteria so applied for a loan.
