I have had nothing but trouble with this provider. They started off as an affordable provider. After a few weeks, they called me to upgrade from the 1 year to the 2 year plan. I was told that if I didn't lock in that price, the cost goes up a lot. Here is my experience. I renewed my annual hosting services with Total Internet Solutions on August 4, 2012, along with renewing two domain names and purchasing 4 additional domain names. These are all sole proprietor small business websites. They forced me into purchasing two years per each domain name as that was in the contract. The company told me that the service I chose was not availabe & tried to sell a more expensive plan. I asked the rep if I could call him back to confirm the next day. He did not wail and charged my credit card and after doing so he called me back to say that the charge went through. I asked him to cancel the order because I didn't like the way the company did business. He called a second time to say that the billing dept. had trouble crediting my card. Total Internet Solutions pretends to sell cheap hosting service for $3.97 per month. Then they tell you after they get your credit card information that this is a private domain and that no one will be able to see it. They then charge you an additional $116.00 and pretend to be selling you legitimate hosting service. They also state you get a free domain name. There is no domain name or hosting service.
