If I could give this company 0 (zero) I would. Had the unfortunate pleasure of refinancing with this company. Not only was the interest rate higher than quoted, but I was promised a NO COST LOAN and was subsequently cheated at the end when I learned that all of the actual fees were hidden in the HUD1 statement. My broker, who suprisingly was FIRED company for unethical practices (HUMMM). Tried to contact VP TRACY LAMPMAN however, she turned a blind eye and deaf ear. this is very unfortunate... Read More »

This is a BAD company. Read the BBB review. They lure you in and continue to cal and call if you have refinanced in the past. They bait you in with a nice interest rate and tell you its a "NO COST LOAN" but at the end...You are definitely paying. they do not return phone calls once they have you... After they call you and get you interested...they tell you to write a hand written letter saying you were not prompted by Mount Olympus Mortgage in any way to refinance...A LIE!!!!! plea... My husband and I recently refinanced our home and went through Mount Olympus. Michelle Hickler was our broker and she was absolutely awesome. She locked us into a great rate, was always available to answer our questions and moved our loan along quickly without any headaches and anxiety that I have endured in the past with other Companies.
