A little advice. Run.....Do not pass go...... I wish I had run. Now I am stuck in a lease for a year. The home has a washing machine that has mold in it and I cannot get it out with bleach or soap. Anything I wash has a mildew smell. I did not check it on the walk through as I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. A year of washing clothes at the laundry mat is not what I had in mind. "Gee! How come you people won't let me bounce my rent checks and go 2 weeks late on paying without posting a nasty notice on my door?!?" THANK YOU Executive Home Rentals for dealing with my tenant! I'm just glad it's you and not me. After paying late, not paying at all, bouncing checks and giving me all kinds of excuses regarding the rent, I finally called Executive Home Rentals. The lack of customer service and communication was evident from the beginning, we weren't told that we had tenants and thought there were squatters in our house. The entire staff was rude, deceitful, and argumentative. They treated our tenants just as bad. I regret hiring this company. Read More »
