I started on this diet plan over a year ago. I am a school teacher and a busy mom so I needed a diet that would have easy meal plans. I have tried several diets before - low carb, Atkins, low cal, low fat, soup, etc. but those would only work temporarily. This diet is awesome because I can substitute foods and every third day I can have a meal I love! I started the diet over a year ago and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I am very pleased with this company and it's results. It doesn't feel like you are dieting because the meals we are able to eat are awesome. Also, the customer service representative and nutritionists are extremely helpful. I worked with the nutritionist Denise F. and was so impressed with her knowledge and how friendly she was.
