Michael has been my loan officer for the past few refinances. He never pressured us and always made my wife and I feel comfortable. One thing that I like about Michael is that he communicates with you throughout the whole process. He is very good at returning phone calls and making sure all of my questions are being answered. I highly recommend Jason West of First Integrity! I had started my mortgage refinance process with Quicken, but I thought I'd see if someone else could get me a better deal. Sam Pabuwal, worked with my wife and me to ensure we got our refinance. He was able to look at many loans available, not just some with certain banks, all the loans that were available. Due to the most recent economic situation, it is very difficult to get refinanced, let alone get a new loan. Sam works with all kinds of loans, such as ours which was a jumbo. Have started a refinance with 3 companies over a two year period because we had an interest only and was told by all three that it wasn't going to work unless we paid down our loan - jumbo loan - by about $60,000. Last Aug we did a refi with Sam. Having learned a hard lesson from one of the heavily advertised national mortgage institutions, who surprised us with hidden charges at closing, I was cautious. I got a mortgage through First Integrity last September and it was the easiest mortgage I have ever gotten! Sam Pabuwal was very professional and made the process go smoothly. Although this company has only been around for a few years, they take care of their clients better than most other companies I've dealt with. I looked on-line for a direct lender to refinance my home. About 15 brokers popped up and I checked out the rates for a 30 year fixed loan. I also wanted one that I could actually go and meet. The staff at First Integrity is outstanding. The extra time they spent tracking down the missing paperwork, staying on top of the Escrow/Title/Realtors did not go unnoticed.
